We ship halal-certified groceries and products across Japan. Below you'll find our delivery areas, estimated timeframes, and shipping rates.
Delivery Rates & Timeframes

| Other Honshu Prefectures | 2–4 business days | Free over ¥5,000, otherwise ¥500 |
| Hokkaido / Kyushu / Shikoku | 3–5 business days | Free over ¥5,000, otherwise ¥500 |
| Okinawa / Remote Islands | 5–7 business days | Free over ¥5,000, otherwise ¥800 |
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM JST on a business day are typically processed and handed to our courier the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all 47 prefectures in Japan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime from our order tracking page or from your account order history.
Perishable & Frozen Items
Chilled and frozen halal meat products are shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Please arrange to receive these deliveries promptly to preserve freshness.
